Context

Ricochet360 is a sales software platform that combines a CRM. Lead Management system was highly confusing, cluttered, complex for the sales manager.

Problem Definition

Out of many issues identified, 3 stood out as clear problems for users and the business:

Frustrating User Exeperince

The interface was cluttered, requiring multiple steps to perform basic tasks, which led to frustration and decreased productivity.

Managing Complex Data Table

The current system's data table was overcrowded, with excessive information presented in an unorganized manner. Users struggled to find relevant data quickly, leading to errors and inefficiencies.

Before and After

Design Solution

Simplifying Navigation

First we took care of the navigation

Simplified Navigation to Reduce Errors

• Simplified navigation, reducing the number of steps to complete key tasks.

• Enhanced visual hierarchy to make important information more accessible.

Optimized Data Table for Better Usability

• Reorganized the data table to prioritize essential information.

• Added customizable views to let users tailor the display to make faster, more informed decisions.

Simplified Sorting, Filtering, reducing API call time

• Redesigned sorting and filtering options for clarity and ease of use.

• Previously, filters had to be adjusted individually, causing multiple slow API calls. Now, all filters can be applied together in one action, reducing API call time.
